When choosing an agency there are some things a potential client should consider. Most agency recruiters are structured on volume and have on average more than 20 active searches they are responsible for at any given time. We believe this does not leave much time to spend on each client’s need thus the recruiter sends database fatter or shopping the boards for active candidates which you already have access too.
